Raw carbonado sugar infused with Tahitian vanilla bean. This culinary delight is excellent in coffee or tea, or used in desserts and candies to replace ordinary sugar. Simply refill jar with sugar (raw is best) and let sit around vanilla bean to make another batch. Vanilla bean can be split lengthwise for stronger sugar.
